Description

The City of Louisville is inviting bids from qualified general contractors to provide commercial construction and tenant finish for the Louisville Art Center, 801 Grant Avenue, and the Wastewater Plant, 1555 Empire Road, Louisville, CO. Each project will be separately bid and awarded.
Louisville’s Art Center improvements will create ADA accessible restrooms as well as a more efficient design for the kitchen and storage areas. The Wastewater improvements will update the Administrative office areas to meet the needs of staff. For each site drawings, specifications and bid forms have been created and are included in the bid package.

Scope of work includes the following:

Construction and tenant finish as per the drawings and specifications
Construction activities will be scheduled to minimize disruption to the public and staff.
The Art Center will be available during the period of November 28 through January 13, 2017 for construction.
The Wastewater staff will vacate the building during the project for a period not to exceed 45 days for construction
Liquidated damages will apply to the completion schedule.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, bids should be prepared and submitted using the attached Bid Form which addresses the needs outlined herein. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on October 20, 2016.
