301312-630222 - CO42 DESIGN AND RIGHT-OF-WAY PROJECT

The City of Louisville is requesting written proposals from qualified consulting and engineering
services for advancing the “CO42 Design and Right-of-Way” project within the City of Louisville,
Colorado. The selected consultant will be tasked with advancing the concepts presented in the
“Future 42: Connecting People and Places” Study (Future 42 Study) to roughly 60% design and
assist in identifying and acquiring necessary Right-of-Way (ROW) in order to advance future
projects to construction. The general limits of this project will be located within the City of
Louisville, Colorado from the southern limits identified in the Future 42 project to approximately
Paschal Drive on the northern end of the City of Louisville City limits.
