201511-630135 TBA - Coal Creek Golf Course Driving Range Tee Renovations Project

The work for which the Bid is requested consists of the following: The purchase and installation of artificial golf turf throughout the length of the approximately 350’ of concrete pad that borders the south end of the Coal Creek driving range grass tee.
The scope of the project includes; (1) provide all materials to complete the project as described in the invitation to bid; (2) design and coordination services for artificial turf that is durable, has playability (realistic club to turf interaction) and has the ability to use a tee in the turf without additional rubber or specialized tee areas; (3) construction document preparation and coordination; (4) preparation of graphics for public outreach and stake holder meetings; (5) coordinate staging and construction activities around planned events; (6) site work as required; (7) utility coordination and protection; (8) construction / installation activities shall be thoroughly cleanup and restored to the City’s satisfaction.
The City may provide a tractor and two staff members for two hours per day to assist with the project.
