Description

The City of Louisville is accepting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a Housing Plan. 

  • The proposal shall be submitted per the RFP and one PDF on a CD or USB drive or emailed per the instructions below.
  • The City of Louisville will receive proposals in response to this RFP until 5 pm on February 10, 2023. Proposals received after that time will not be reviewed. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the project name “City of Louisville Housing Study”, and shall be addressed as follows:

  • Interviews of applicants selected by City for interview – beginning the week of February 20, 2023.
  • Anticipate final selection approximately February 27, 2023.
