SOQs must be received by email to bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025. SOQs must have the name of the project in the subject line of the email. Please list the company’s name in the body of the email. Attached documents should be named SOQ for 2025 Annual Substructure Projects, Bid No. 2024-111 and the company name. SOQs that have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the Purchasing staff, will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internal mail system. Please be aware that the City email server scans attached documents before the email is delivered. That process can delay your email by up to 4 minutes, so please submit your proposal accordingly.
