The Work entails constructing a roundabout The project will be built in two phases. Phase 1 consists of extending the 6.0’ x 4.5’ concrete box, installing a new headwall, muck excavation, and backfilling the culvert extension to approximately elevation 4968.Phase 2 work consists of removing the existing roadway along Horseshoe Reservoir, hauling soil from an approved borrow source, placing a large amount of fill along the reservoir, and constructing curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt pavement, concrete medians, installing storm pipe crossings, and a gravel access road for the reservoir company.
