Summary of Specifications:
The City of Loveland, Colorado is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Civil & Hydraulic Engineering Services for River’s Edge Natural Area for the design and engineering for flood recovery damage and modifications to the Site Development Plan completed in the summer of 2013. The proposals shall be submitted by one lead firm and list all sub-consultants, if needed, that will provide services for the project. River’s Edge Natural Area is a 121-acre open space located in central Loveland, south of 1st Street and east of Taft Avenue (see MAP 1). Access to the open space is at 960 W. 1st Street. River’s Edge Natural Area was heavily damaged by the September 2013 flood which caused severe erosion and scour of the parking lot and core area features including a boardwalk, fishing points and soft and hard surface trails. The City desires to re-develop the core area and parking lot including the possible reorientation of the
