The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms that can provide a remote (cloud based) software for Contract Management, Electronic Solicitation Management (including vendor management, public posting, acceptance of electronic bids, and an electronic evaluation platform), and an Electronic Signature System that will work within these systems for purchasing contracts and a variety of other documents that may be routed internally and externally for signatures. The City may divide the award and select the system or systems that best meet the needs described in this RFP.
