Summary of Specifications:
The Crossroads Tank Waterline Project is divided into two (2) Bid Schedules, A and B: 1. Bid Schedule A: Consists of constructing approximately 4,800 linear feet of 16" PVC waterline from the new water storage tanks on Crossroads Boulevard to an existing 16" PVC waterline located at the future location of Larimer County Road (LCR) 5. The 16" PVC waterline extends approximately 2,500'south from the new tank site within the existing McArthur Avenue right-way and A.J Specialist Storage lot utility easement, then extends approximately 2,300- feet west where the waterline will terminate at the existing 16" PVC waterline in the location of the future LCR 5. 2. Bid Schedule A site work consists of clearing and grubbing, final grading, asphalt demo and removal, concrete propane storage demo, removal and replacement of existing RV dump station, reconstruction and asphalting of disturbed roadways and driveways, reconstruction of recycled asphalt drive surfaces, site restoration and hydroseeding of all disturbed areas 3. Bid Schedule B: Consists of constructing approximately 610 lf of 16" PVC waterline, fire hydrants, and tank wet wells, within the water storage tank site, and terminating outside the tank site at the 16" PVC waterline of Bid Schedule A. Also included is tying the 16" PVC waterline into an existing 12” DIP Fort Collins Loveland Water District (FCLWD) waterline in Crossroads Boulevard 4. Bid Schedule B site work consists of site grading and gravel surfacing of tank site, access road gravel surfacing, construction of concrete drainage pans and pond outlet structure, site restoration B.
