2024-079 - Destination Development and Marketing Analysis

The purpose of this project is to have an objective assessment of tourism offerings and opportunities in the City and understand the value of these assets from a visitor’s perspective. Selected Respondent shall provide the City with an in-depth analysis of current assets and what may be missing from the point of view of a visitor. The analysis shall include the benefit of investing in advertising and marketing campaigns, the investment cost and a projection of the return on investment. The analysis shall include a time horizon of one (1) year to three (3) years or similar timeline benchmarks.
