Proposals must be received electronically by the Loveland Office at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on 02 September 2021, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened. All proposals shall have the title of the bid in the subject line and the name of the company in the body of the email.
Proposals that have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the date and time stamp from the City internal email server, will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by internet connection or internal or external server delays. Please plan your submittal accordingly. The City server restricts emails to 25MG so please plan your submittal to be less than that size or send in multiple emails and number them.
