Summary of Specifications:
In the spring of 2009, the City of Loveland opened a new clubhouse that offers a food and beverage service area of 3,443 sq. ft. The clubhouse café/grille area is complete with a commercial kitchen and appliances as listed in the RFP, a 6-seat counter/bar area, and a multi-use table and seating area for 100-140 people. The multi-use area can be subdivided into a separate 64 seat area to allow for private functions. An additional 36 seats exist in the café/lounge area; these seats can be combined with the private seating area or separated out. In addition to the amenities inside of the building, the food and beverage area includes two separate outdoor patios that accommodate up to 40-60 on a northwest corner patio and an additional 24-36 on a south-facing patio. In addition to the clubhouse, two food and beverage carts are available for providing on-course service. The Mariana Butte Food and Beverage Concessionaire is a year-around business opportunity serving golfers and non-golfers.
