Description

The City of Loveland Human Resources Department, Risk Management Division (City) is seeking the assistance of a qualified firm to provide insurance brokerage services. The City intends to enter into a contract with an experienced and qualified proposer to provide these services.
Base Brokerage Services includes: Coverage Design, Strategic Risk Financing Consulting, and Insurance Procurement . The cost of all Base Brokerage Services shall be included in the base annual fee. These services should be quoted as one annual cost figure, as indicated in Attachment “A”, Cost Proposal.

Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. MT, January 14, 2021.
The technical proposal shall be submitted as one document named “The City of Loveland Insurance Brokerage Services” The price proposal shall be a separate document named “The City of Loveland Broker Service– Fee Proposal”.
Proposals received after the appointed time and date as logged by the City’s internal mail server will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the, the City’s internal mail delivery system, or any other means of delivery employed by the institution.
