RFP-2015-03 - Internal Controls Consultant

Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking an experienced responsible and professional consultant with proven experience in entity-wide internal control systems to address items such as purchasing, inventory, disbursements, revenue, and journal entries. Contractor shall assist the City in creating or improving documentation of policies and processes to ensure proper controls and segregation of duties are in place to prevent fraud and increase efficiency.
