The Contractor shall provide small project landscaping and irrigation services. Work orders will be issued by the City from various City departments for projects on an as-needed basis. The City guarantees no minimum amount of work under this Contract. The City may issue one or more contracts under this bid. The City at its sole discretion may bid individual projects during the contract period when the City deems it would be in their interest.
