RFP-2015-32 - Lincoln Ave & US HWY 287 Flood Mitigation Feasibility Study

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Loveland is seeking professional engineering services to complete a flood mitigation feasibility study focused on the Lincoln Avenue/U.S. Highway 287 crossing of the Big Thompson River. 

This project is funded by both the City of Loveland and a Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) planning grant as administered by the State of Colorado, Department of Local Affairs. The procurement, contracting, administration, and project closeout will follow both City of Loveland purchasing requirements, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and the requirements of the CDBG-DR grant.
