PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Provide material, labor and equipment to remove approximately 39,400 sq. ft. of existing Asphalt and replace with 4” of new Asphaltic pavement and line striping to match existing. All contractors will be responsible for calculating exact measurements. All new parking line spaces will be a minimum of 9’- 6” in width or greater. Handicap spaces will need to meet ADA compliance for slope, pavement marking and line striping regulations. Damages to existing curbs and gutters due to asphalt removal shall be replaced at contractor’s expense. Contractor will be responsible for all necessary traffic control for vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian traffic.
