Description

Improvements to Namaqua and Morning Drive Pump Stations:

  • Furnishing and installing new vertical multistage centrifugal pumps.
  • Furnish and installing new suction piping, valves and appurtenances
  • Furnishing and installing new discharge piping, valves and appurtenances
  • Modifications to existing piping
  • Furnishing, installing, and modifying electrical equipment and instrumentation and
    controls including, but not limited to, motors, variable frequency drives, PLC and
    MCCs.
  • Miscellaneous electrical and demolition work
  • Furnishing and installing a new hydro-pneumatic tank
Raw Water Bypass:
  • Furnishing and installing new piping and appurtenances inside existing vault to
bypass the existing strainer
  • Furnishing and installing buried piping, fittings, outlet structure, and corresponding
site work for new bypass discharge
