The City of Loveland is a home-rule municipality located in northern Colorado. The City has approximately 710 benefit eligible employees. The clinic is anticipated to be offered to employees, spouses, and children over age 2 enrolled in the City of Loveland health insurance plan (approximately 630 employees 363 spouses and 562 dependents). The purpose of the clinic is to control future health care expenditures, engage employees in condition management, enhance the current wellness program, and improve the overall health of our employees
