Description

The City of Loveland, Colorado (“City”) is requesting sealed proposals to supply a new Automated Building Permitting and Inspection, Planning, and Code Enforcement Software system.

Proposals must be received electronically by the Loveland City Clerk’s Office at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time “MT”) Thursday, May 11, 2023 at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened.

No bids will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City email server. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internet, outages of service, the City email server, or any other electronic delay. The City email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails up to 4 minutes, please plan your submission accordingly.

The City has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified firms (Proposers) to supply a new automated building permitting, planning, code compliance, licensing, and inspection system. See the bid packet for specific information.

The City will hold a pre-submittal meeting and existing system walk-through on Monday, April 24, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm MT via video conferencing, to allow proposers an opportunity to ask questions prior to the submission of proposals. This meeting will be available via Teams, but is not mandatory. Proposals may be submitted without being represented at the meeting.
