Description

The City of Loveland (City) is requesting proposals for a qualified merchant credit card and e-payment processing service with a successful and trustworthy company (“Vendor”) that will integrate with the City’s current and future payment processing systems. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure the services to process credit card, debit card, and electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments via the internet, mobile device, telephone interactive voice response (IVR) and multiple point of sale (POS) locations through integrated software solutions and standalone credit card processing terminals.
