Proposals must be received by email to bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2020. Submissions are to include “Real Estate Services” in the subject line of the email. All attachments shall be in a .pdf format.
Please list the broker or brokerage firm’s name in the body of the email. Proposals will not be considered that have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City’s Purchasing staff. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by its internal mail system. Please be aware that the City email server scans attached documents before the email is delivered. That process can delay your email by up to 4 minutes, so please submit your proposal accordingly.
