Work is for the construction of a 0.625-mile ten-foot wide trail as part of the City of Loveland's Recreation Loop Trail. Work also includes clearing, grading, erosion control, concrete, landscaping and fencing.
All work shall be done to the lines, grades, and elevations indicated on the drawings. The Contractor shall provide suitable equipment and competent workers who shall locate and lay out the work.
