Summary of Specifications:
This project includes replacement of a 16” waterline that was damaged in the flood, the damaged waterline will be replaced and lowered with restrained joint PVC pipe. Also included in this contract is the potholing of six (6) separate locations where an existing waterline crosses the Big Thompson River. The contractor shall expose the existing waterline adjacent to the river bank to determine the amount of cover over the waterline. The excavation shall be completed as close to the river as possible.
