Summary of Specifications:
The primary work consists of dewatering the construction site behind a coffer dam built by others, removal of the existing concrete flood wall and concrete path, soil excavation, placement of borrow soil, construction of a new flood wall, and installation of new underdrain pipe, sump pump, 30” storm water pipe, manhole, concrete path, filter material, and riprap. The secondary work consists of rebuilding a CMU wall, wood rail fence, and slope grading.
