The City of Loveland (City) desires to hire a contractor to demolish eight (8) structures located at the following addresses: 1403 W. 11th Street; 1103 N. Taft Avenue; 1105 N. Taft Avenue; 1309 N. Taft Avenue; 1315 N. Taft Avenue; 1317 N. Taft Avenue; 1319 N. Taft Avenue and 1402 W Eisenhower Boulevard. The City intends to select a Contractor through this bidding process for demolition of all structures in compliance with all environmental regulations and for remediation of the entire site to level ground (e.g., removal of the building structures and foundations, removal of water and sewer utility lines, removal of concrete flatwork and proper backfill of the site).
