Remove and replace three hundred five (305) lineal feet of eight foot (8’) wide concrete trail starting from the E. 7th Street access point going North– referred to as Scope A.
Scope B is seventy-five (75) lineal feet of eight foot (8’) wide concrete trail accessed from Madison Avenue. This work is in a railroad’s easement/right of way. A permit will be required along with safety measures required by the railroad. Scope A and Scope B will be done at two different times due to the processing time of the railroad permit.
