The purpose of this RFP is to solicit offers from qualified Vision providers for the City. The City intends to enter into a contract with one experienced and qualified proposer to administer the vision plan offering.
SCOPE OF SERVICES

Provide vision insurance coverage for City employees and dependents
Maintain a network of Vision service and materials providers
Provide searchable resource listing network providers and member assistance in seeking in-network providers
Provider member customer support
Provider City management customer support
Administer review, approval, and payment of member claims
Provide member benefit authorization
Provide appeals procedure
Provide member materials – schedule of benefits, etc.
