Description

This RFP is issued for pre-constructon services/dsign assist that may develop into a CMaR construction contract. Upon the completion of the improvements defined in this RFP (Project), the facility will be re-rated to an 11 MGD max month flow capacity with a Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5) loading capacity of 28,100 lbs. BOD/day. The project is generally concentrated around improvements to the existing secondary treatment process in order to improve and enhance the BNR process. In addition, other improvements are planned throughout the facility to address aging infrastructure and redundancy concerns at critical points within the facility.

Tours are not required and are provided by City staff as a courtesy to the contractors. However, tours will only be given to those Firms that complete this request form and send it via
email to Brian Gandy.PLEASE NOTE: Due to the logistical load on City Staff, the City will coordinate the exact date and times for the tours. There will be multiple contractors participating in each tour. The contractor should make every effort to attend the tour date/time provided to them. There will be no makeup tours given to those firms that miss their designated time.
