2017-59 - Winter Wonderlights Graphic Design RFP

The City is seeking an individual or firm to provide graphic design services for the Winter Wonderlights event. Winter Wonderlights will be partially funded through a CDBG-DR tourism grant for a proposed event by the City of Loveland through its Visit Loveland division. The event will occur during the holiday season from Mid-November 2017 through January 7, 2018. The event will take place at the Chapungu Sculpture Park, just east of the Promenade Shops retail center at U.S. Highway 34 and Interstate 25. Winter Wonderlights is a light show choreographed to music with nightly performances from approximately 5 - 9 p.m. The goal of Winter Wonderlights is to create a magical, one-of-a-kind lighting show and holiday destination event, an attraction designed to pull people off I-25.
