Description

The WORK to be performed includes the construction, start-up and operational testing of new hydropower generation facilities located at the Manitou Springs WTP. The new facilities are to include buried piping and a concrete vault exterior to the WTP building, interior process piping, valves and equipment, all located on an elevated 28 ft. long by 9 ft. wide mezzanine platform. The electrical control and instrumentation interface panel will be in the adjoining electrical room and electrical net metering improvements will occur adjacent to the existing electrical service exterior to the WTP building.
