17-071 - Demolition of Unsafe Structures at 2014 W. 16th Street (CDBG)

In general, this project will consist of the abatement and demolition of a one-story single-family residential building located at 2014 W. 16th Street, Pueblo, Colorado.  A fire that partially consumed the structure has rendered the building structurally unsafe. Scope of work includes open air demolition / abatement, handling and disposal in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) regulations as detailed in the CDPHE approved Asbestos Scope of Work, Open Air Demolition - Variance, for this project.
