18-010 - Demolition of Unsafe Structures at 711 E. 5th Street

PRE-BID MEETING:    February 13, 2018, at 1:30 PM in the Department of Public Works Conference Room 211 E. “D” Street, Pueblo, CO  81003
 
In general, this project will consist of abatement and demolition of a single-family residential building and garage located at 711 E. 5th Street, Pueblo, Colorado.  A fire that partially consumed the structures has rendered the buildings structurally unsafe. Project includes open air demolition/abatement with handling and disposal in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) regulations in the CDPHE approved Asbestos Scope of Work, Open Air Demolition - Variance as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.
