Summary of Specifications:
The services to be performed under this RFQ include specific item inspection, construction observation and materials sampling and testing services associated with the Owners Quality Control program and applicable CDOT requirements for the Dillon/I-25 Interchange project, Pueblo, CO. Company shall furnish all transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, training, sampling and testing equipment, reporting, and management necessary to perform these services. The successful company will be awarded a Professional Services Agreement, similar to the sample agreement attached as Appendix B.
