The City of Pueblo, Colorado, (City), is requesting OPIS based price quotes for non-contracted fuel purchases. We would like bids for both unleaded and diesel fuels. Your bid basis will be the RACK AVG price from the Fountain, Colorado, rack. Use OPIS Gross Ultra Low Sulfur Distillate for No. 2 diesel and OPIS Gross CBOB Ethanol (10#) for unleaded. The bids will be “delivered price per gallon” to include all applicable taxes and delivery charges for transport sized loads (7,200 gal. minimum). The invoice total for any fuel purchased under this agreement will be the quoted fuel price multiplied by the number of gallons delivered. Each invoice for product purchased under this agreement must include documentation of the current OPIS price. We would like to lock your OPIS based price quotes for all non-contract unleaded and diesel fuel purchases from your company December 15, 2021, through December 31, 2022. The City purchases the following approximate amounts (which are not currently on a fixed, contract price). The City reserves the right to extend this agreement for a three-year period with two one-year options dependent on the approval by the City and awarded vendors.
