Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pueblo, Colorado ("City") is soliciting qualification and cost-based proposals from private sector developers to purchase and redevelop the property commonly referred to as the Black Hills Power Plant 5 and 6, which is currently owned by Black Hills Energy. The City is seeking qualified developers with a vision for the site that consists of mixed-use commercial/retail development that may include recreational, lodging, and office uses and that will enhance development in the area.
