Description

In general, the successful bidder will provide seasonal cleanup of the area, and seasonal landscaped area maintenance including mowing, debris removal, weed/pest control, fertilizer, general plant/tree care, irrigation services (including repairs as pre-approved by the CIty), and removal of snow/ice (as needed) for the Southpoint Special Improvement Maintenance District (SIMD).
