In general, this project will consist of a 5,215 SF upgrade of the southern Mineral Palace Greenhouses, a 3,481 SF new construction of a northern greenhouse to be operated and managed by the City, and a 68 SF remodel of the Headhouse. Southern Mineral Palace upgrades will include MEP and structural improvements. The Headhouse remodel will include ADA accessibility and restroom upgrades. All construction and improvements will be as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.
