RFP-JH-16-014 - Planning Services to Complete the GOCO Inspire Initiative

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pueblo is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) to provide professional planning services and recommendations to complete the GOCO Inspire Initiative in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Proposals. The project will include existing data review, marketing, community driven engagement tasks, assessment and analysis, findings and recommendations and a final report with transcription into a GOCO request for Pilot Community funding for the next round of the grant process.
