Summary of Specifications:
PRE-BID MEETING: October 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the City Parks Office, 800 Goodnight Avenue, Pueblo, CO In general, this project will consist of constructing a new swimming pool bathhouse at City Park located at 221 S. Parkside Lane. Scope of work will include demolition of the existing bathhouse and adjacent site improvements, construction of a 2,030 square foot, bathhouse (CMU construction), new concrete site improvements and other incidental items relating to the construction as specified in the plans and the specifications for this project. Addenda will be posted on the City Purchasing Department and RMEPS websites. It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify whether any addenda were issued.
