IFB-TB-12-049 - Pueblo Mountain Park Roofing Projects

Summary of Specifications:
Examination of individual sites to immediately follow mandatory pre-bid meeting; all contractors wishing to be considered must have a representative in attendance for the meeting and the site visits. Attendees/bidders will be given the opportunity to take individual measurements. Bidder accepts responsibility for all aspects of the bid, including accurate measurements so the project can be completed in an acceptable manner as shown in the Scope of Work. 

In general, the successful bidder will provide removal and replacement of roofing and related materials on seven (7) buildings within the City owned property at Pueblo Mountain Park in Beulah, Colorado. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, insurance, delivery, tools and equipment necessary to supply service requirements as listed within the Scope of Service. 

No faxed or electronically delivered bids will be accepted. Bids received after the time and date listed above will be rejected and returned.
