Description

In general, this project will consist of the Rehabilitation of Runway 17/35 and Airfield Lighting.

Schedule I – Rehabilitate Runway 17/35
Schedule II –Airfield Lighting Improvements
Schedule III – Runway 17/35 Storm Drainage Improvements
and other incidental items related to the construction as specified in the plans and the specifications.

Any Contractor intending to bid on this project is required to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the work site and the proposed scope of work as to the correctness of any service requested in the bid. Bidder shall not, after submission of proposal, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done.

Contract documents may be obtained at a NON‑REFUNDABLE cost of $100.00 plus any delivery charges, if applicable, from the offices of:

A copy will be available for review only at the City’s Purchasing Office; however, all bidding copies must be purchased through Short, Elliott and Hendrickson.

Addenda shall be sent to all contract document holders as verified by the Plan Holder’s List by electronic data transmission (i.e. E-mail). It is the bidder’s responsibility to provide an accurate and legible E-mail address; it is also the bidder’s responsibility to verify whether any addenda were issued by checking the City’s website at www.pueblo.us/purchasing, or at Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing. Bidders must follow the bid submittal procedures outlined in the contract document.
