202159466 - DEN Life Safety Smoke Control Systems Testing

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the solicitation of life safety smoke control systems testing services at Denver International Airport (DEN). The successful contractor will perform smoke operational and performance testing of DEN facilities in compliance with the Denver amendments to the International Fire Code (IFC) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 92 requirements. The contractor will also be required to develop a Testing Procedures Manual Report that shall follow these codes and shall be reviewed and approved by the Denver Fire Department. The manual shall include identification of each component of the smoke control systems and their location. All procedures shall be summarized in each report. All reports submitted shall become property of DEN and may be used in future life safety situations. Reports shall be submitted separately for each facility. The DEN Life Safety Section will be reviewed for completeness of all reports and may require correction and resubmission as necessary.
