This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a revenue, and possibly an expenditure, lease agreement for Denver International Airport's (DEN) Pikes Peak Shuttle lot. The successful proposer will lease DEN's Pikes Peak Shuttle lot with the requirement of providing parking and transportation services to the traveling public needing access to DEN, and to generate parking revenue of which a portion is to be paid to DEN. Additional site improvements, which must be approved by DEN, may be required.
