Description

This request is for a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a qualified contractor to rehabilitate the gate apron pavement and utilities on Gates A40, A42, A44, and A46 at Denver International Airport (DEN) during the 2024 construction season. These gates are in the southeast quadrant of Concourse A, near the center core. The scope of work will include demolition of reconstruction of the existing apron pavement and rehabilitation of underground utilities. As part of the project, existing heaving pavement will be removed, restoring positive drainage away from Concourse A. This construction schedule has been approved by DEN Airline Affairs and DEN Operations to help minimize operational impacts associated with construction.
