Description

The City and County of Denver (City) is seeking qualified organization(s) to provide unskilled in-home care to at-risk adults (i.e. APS clients), on an as needed basis, whenever it is deemed necessary during the course of case planning/investigation on behalf of Denver Human Services (DHS) Adult Protective Services (APS). Interested organizations should review the information below and submit a proposal in response to this informal solicitation no later than Friday, Ocotber 18, 2024 by 3:30 p.m. MST. Questions should be sent to DHS_Contracting_Services@denvergov.org.

Total funding available under this solicitation is anticipated to be up to $15,000 but is subject to change. The anticipated initial contract term is February 01, 2025, to January 31, 2027, with the possibility of extensions that will be contingent on need, performance, and availability of funds.
