The City and County of Denver (City) through the Marketing and Communications (MARCOM) division under Denver Human Services (DHS) is seeking applications from qualified Respondents to provide comprehensive communications consulting services to effectively reach and engage its diverse audiences. This includes strategic planning, seamless execution, and efficient project management for both internal and external communications. The scope of services includes developing robust communication strategies and plans, along with providing hands-on support for tactical activities such as copywriting, event coordination, and more.
The services requested under this RFA will address all facets of communications, including marketing, branding, organizational messaging, client relations, and community outreach. Leveraging a full spectrum of communication channels—paid, earned, shared, and owned—these services will ensure DHS delivers consistent, impactful messaging to inform, engage, and strengthen connections with the community it serves.
The total funding available for award through this Request for Applications (RFA) is approximately $100,000. The City intends to execute a contract with one or more organizations and reserves the right to negotiate all final contract amounts. The anticipated initial contract term is May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2025, with the possibility of subsequent extensions that will be contingent on need, performance, and availability of funds.
