#11-21 - Solid Waste Disposal

COMPACTED OR UNCOMPACTED TRASH, RUBBISH, GENERAL DEBRIS, NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL:  The debris shall consist of office and other house-hold waste,  scraps of food, plastic bags & containers, minor assorted construction items, empty containers of all sizes, used paint buckets, burned out lamps, furniture, appliances, carpet, boxes of all sizes.

2.         CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS, DEMOLITION DEBRIS:  The City of Canon City will occasionally tear-down an old house or generate demolition debris.  Typical debris will consist of structural wood, plywood, shingles, wallboard, plaster, electrical wiring & conduit, flooring, carpet, windows, doors, plumbing & fixtures, insulation, street sweepings, cold ashes.

3.         CONCRETE AND ASPHALT SLAB DISPOSAL:  The City of Canon City will deliver concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, and asphalt to the Contractors site.    

4.         TREE LIMBS, LOGS, and STUMPS:     Tree limbs, logs and brush of various sizes up to 16 feet in length may be hauled by the City to the disposal site.
