4-2025 - City of Dacono PW Building Remodel

The City of Dacono is soliciting lump sum bids from qualified contractors for the interior renovation of an existing firehouse building to convert it into the new Public Works facility. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, as well as other necessary interior modifications to meet the operational needs of the Public Works Department.
Bid Requirements:

• This is a lump sum bid, and the prime bidder is responsible for conducting their own quantity takeoffs to determine the full scope of work.
• All work must conform with the plans and specifications as well as with applicable building codes, city regulations, and industry standards.

• Bids must be submitted by March 20, 2025.
• Bidders must provide:
  • A detailed project timeline
  • References for similar interior renovation projects
  • Proof of insurance, licensing, and bonding
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 6, 2025 at 11:00AM at Dacono City Hall.
