W-022024 - Water Utility Cost of Service & Rate Design Study

The City of Fountain, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive cost of service study and rate design for the water utility system in conformity with industry accepted methodology and standards as prescribed by the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and standard industry practice.
The City of Fountain will accept Proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Water Cost of Service Study & Rate Design through June 18, 2024. Proposals received after June 18, 2024, may not be considered.
All proposals shall be submitted electronically in pdf format, emailed to: Dan Blankenship, City of Fountain, Utilities Director at: dblankenship@fountaincolorado.org with the subject title: 2024 Water Cost of Service Study and Rate Design Proposal.
The City of Fountain reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to accept any response deemed most advantageous to the City.
